Come Thrift With Me: Shopping For My Toddler

Recently, my four-year-old grew out of all her clothes. She’s big for her age and constantly growing, so we’re always needing new things. She loves dresses and skirts, so that’s what we were looking for today.

Goodwill is our go-to spot. They’re everywhere in our city and I’d say their prices are pretty reasonable compared to Savers. I try to only buy 100% cotton, except for dance outfits and some bottoms. Which are harder to come around.

We went to two Goodwills today. At the first one, we spent $23 and got two dresses, two shirts, a two-piece set, and a dance leotard.

At the second store, we spent $14 and picked up another dress, two shirts, four bottoms, another dance leotard, and a cute little dance skirt.

All together, we spent $37 and came home with such a nice mix of clothes. I love that we can find quality pieces for her at such a good price.

I also wanted to share a public 20% off Goodwill coupon in case you’re planning on thrifting soon (Arizona only). CLICK HERE

The Mom Board App

My calm command center for family life.

I built the Mom Board app as a gentle home base for keeping routines, rituals, and the tiny triumphs that make motherhood feel grounded. If you're juggling a full plate, it's the space I use to keep everything steady.
